Actually, that's an excellent idea! Not to say you don't usually have any excellent ideas, of course. May I suggest the Free Software Chamber of Commerce create a Support Services organization to go along with this proposal? If they want to throw money at someone, let them throw it at NYLXS in exchange for "24/7 six nines uptime super-service"!
