Yes 'bleh' was the general opinion of most of the board.
Ruben and Dave Williams came up with the name. Though as it hasn't been used publicly, I am sure a good suggestion could change it again. At the same board meeting, Ruben made a convincing argument that NY Fairuse sounded strange in the beginning also.
I'm just trying to get something consistent,
-- If we decide to change the name, change it. -- If we decide to take them to court, do it. -- If we decide to up the antics, a Brett Wynnkoop and Jay Salzburger don't speak for NY Fairuse type of letter in responce to their postings, do it.
The limbo isn't going to make anything better and dragging this on is just going to turn people off.
