Perhaps that's just the perspective from those who don't have an appreciation for the small victories of getting non-prop software into the gov't anywhere.
Looking down the list, I see one M$ talk, and dozens by people working with OS/FS projects in multiple agencies. I see names I recognize, projects I recognize, and government agencies I recognize. I see a lot of hard work and dedication by a lot of people whose names I sometimes see on these lists.
I'm embarassed for you, Mr. Safir, because I'm appreciative of the work these people do. It makes my job as a Linux sysadmin for a gov't agency that much easier to justify.
