Bruce Perens is a member of the conference committee listed on their web page, and he was one of the panelists who debated the Microsoft shills at the last conference.
This time he is listed in a different group of speakers than the speaker from Microsoft. My guess is that the relevant panel will at least include the Microsoft speaker and Michael Tiemann of Red Hat.
