I just read this again and understood it.
What is he getting the whole wwwacs list to testify, as if this has a bearing on the issue, including
anyone I ever had a flame wars with.
He can bring two witnesse as long as their testimony is directly related to returning the
domain. Not that anything changes the facts of the issues of NY Fair Use or NYLXS.
Actually, frankly, this is just to make him feel better, because the purpose of this is
strickly to get the domain back...
