The single most important thing on the agenda is to figure out what to do with the server. Without Ruben this is more of a pain in the ass, as he holds the keys to everything.
But the board will come to a decision as how to move forward.
As it seems that there will be a fair number of us there, we can discuss any other issues, but I believe I speak for most of the group when I say I don't feel like moving forward on anything until we clear up the server issues.
