I get the sense that the best course of action would be to have a sit down with all persons involved so that a migration plan can be developed. NYLXS resources should exist on a stand-alone server (separte from Ruben's resouces). This would be the logical path to take in order to avoid the overlap that's contributed to the current situation. Once migrated, the role of root can be deligated to the appropriate person quite easily.
