If they're going to capitalize it like that, the answer is absolutely not. It's not Free Software either. Their license looks a lot like the DJB "license" to me, I can only suppose the real swirl around Bernstein has more to do with his personality and elitism than his license terms, because I don't see a lot of people getting passionate about Pine.
