i guess we should start with reports
my report is as follows:
I had exchanged some email with our GNOME board contact this morning while I was at Rubens
basically, they want a written overview of how we will run the event. It does not have to be very detailed, or complete, but just an overview
Dave - stop programming and type words
Do we have approval by them?
so we need to develop an agenda for the conference?
I will finish drafting that tomorrow and we will all review it

I think they want that before they give final approval, so I want to complete it quickly so that we get confirmed approval before we get too far into planning
