In regard to dropping the GNOME Conference because of the current work load, as we spoke about last night after the meeting, it seems we have the go ahead at this point from the GNOME Foundation, and it's probibly better for us to do it rather than not.
Dave's wife is sick, but we might look at this week to solidfy plans.
We're going to need to find people to helf pickup the slack.
I have a lot of feelers out there now for a siter to include:
Brooklyn College, NYU, the New School, Cooper Union, the NYLXS Education Center, and that's it as of today.
Also, the product that we developed yesterday and the FSI in general seems to be of interest to the New School. We might be able to teach the entire program at the New School and find extra work for many memebers.
I hope to have classes scheduled by Friday. What day are you most open to teach. I'm also considering passing GNU/Linux One to Robert Marino ....
I have to give it some thought.
