NYLXS held it's NY Fair Use sub-committee meeting this morning.
We covered a lot fo ground, and we now have decided on slogans and points to be made at the conference in Washington DC.
Keep in mind, that our real target is not Microsoft, but the organizers of the the egov-os event. It's time for the Free Software community to make sure people who profess to represent us, are held responsible to the community.
First, Adllibing Ben Franklin:
When good men do nothing; Evil men make deals with Microsoft
Second: Ablibing the Declaration of Independents:
We find thee truths self-evident
That Tony Stanco has sold us out.
Mike, are you still in the button business? If so, these are the needed Buttons, along with DRM is Theft and We are the Stakeholders.
I have measurements for members going down to Washington DC on that Monday on March 17th. We are down to brass tack planning. We need literature, to arrainge transportation, and work on our schedule.
