Jay's made it clear he's preparing to discredit me (in court) when it comes to that. That's _so_ not a concern to me it's almost funny. Best he can do is dredge up things I said in arguments with you on NYLUG-Talk, and private correspondence where I acknowledge you're often difficult to deal with. (which I don't expect you to agree with, but is neither here nor there) Since neither of us is trying to hide anything we've said, that shouldn't be a problem. If anything, our sparring over the years should make people wonder why I'd go to bat for you unless it was because you're telling the truth and Jay is not.
But for you, it should be a concern. Do not go into a courtroom with only me as your witness. I actually think Billy's a good witness to have, even though he never participated. No matter what happens "after", Jay's going to suggest the organziation was something else in the "before". It's that before time that's going to be critical. The time that Billy refers to as something like "when it was Ruben and his majordomo". Before me, and Lyn, and Forest, and Vagn. Before all that, there was literally just you and your mailing list. Establish that, then let them show some proof it ever changed. Obviously, they can't.
