Gee this is even funny. Let me get this straight? A few days after NY Fair Use in folded in NYLXS, Brett registes it with NYS and THEN pretends he's not in NYC for 2 weeks, and goes around and tells Mike Richardson that it's a corperation?
I think we just hit the legal jackpot as this is crealy a violation of NY Fair Use and the NYLXS trademark. Someone is seriously going to pay for this blunder.
