You may wish to amend that. It is largely unenforceable.
The charter also defines a qualified voting member in two places, and then says that the ENTIRE membership has to vote in another place. Obviously that is a contradiction. Other than that, the process requires 48 hours notice and secret balloting, which we have provided.
On behalf of the election committee, I would like to say that we will hold elections and total the votes. Regardless of the participation, we will provide the results to NYLXS and you can do what you see fit with them. On March 31st that process will be completed.
