No
The only important issue is your moving the pea like in a game of 3 card Monty.
If you want to settle the issue, what the hell is taking so long.
Settle it tomorrow and cut a deal, or make it clear now that your going to make NYLXS enforce our rights over both NY Fair Use and NYLXS.
You through stuff up, make unsubstantiated statement, harass the membership and the board, lie, and then claim, Oh NO - There is only one important issue.
And in this your right. There REALLY is ONE and ONLY one important issue, Brett is siting on the NYLXS.org Domain and the NY Fair Use Domain, both of which rightfully belong to NYLXS, because I gave both to NYLXS.
So we're willing to make a hige compromise in good faith, but your ego and Brett ego is standing in the way of a deal.
Our board will meet with you tomorrow at 9AM and cut a deal as soon as your ready to surrender the domain NYLXS.org and to seperate your interests from NYLXS.
Instead we get fed a steady diet of delays and moronic claims that you have secret tapes of my bad behavior which 'well cause NYLXS to blow up'
Your not looking to good here. You dark side magic fails to influence the Free and Good members of NYLXS, old Syth master...
<one important issue. You are not part of NYFU, and you claim to be NYFU.
If you would not abuse me, I might engage you in a discussion of tactics. But let us leave that possibilty for a time after this ridiculous nonsense is settled.>> -- __________________________ Brooklyn Linux Solutions __________________________ DRM is THEFT - We are the STAKEHOLDERS http://fairuse.nylxs.com
